We cover the area within a 4 mile radius of the centre of Andover.

During your meet and greet we will ask if you'd prefer us to walk your dog or visit your pet in the morning, at lunchtime or in the afternoon. We will endeavour to meet your request, however please be aware that this may not always be possible and cannot be guaranteed.

We have an air-conditioned van, which is equipped with a secured, crash-tested TransK9 crate. We carry a first aid kit, plenty of water and other walking essentials and do everything we can to ensure your pup is safe and comfortable.

No. We require all potential clients to have a no obligation meet and greet before we enter an agreement. This is so that you can get to know us and see how we interact with your pet(s) and we can assess whether we can go ahead with the service you're requesting. Being able to see how your pet behaves in their own home is invaluable and it's nice to meet our clients face to face; generally we'll be seeing your pets a lot more often than we see you! We'll also use this time to go through the relevant paperwork and make sure we have all the information we need, to give your pet the best possible care.

We will come and meet you at your home. This will enable us to see your pets in their home environment and get an idea of their normal behaviour. It will also enable you to show us where you keep things, such as leads, harnesses, food and cleaning products. For dog walking clients, we may ask to take your dog around the block as well, so that we can see how they behave out and about.
